Concorde aren't supposed to intervene if there is an active war dec and you attack the pos. I'll have to look into this.
Rome0 one of my jobs is a pos takedown consultant. I can take a look at the pos and tell you what you need, what dps the pos will do at each stage, and what dps you require to send it into reinforced mode. Then it's a matter of assembling enough ships.
Snakes in a Pod (not me  ) will provide the services for free so you don't need to scam me.

And yes, concord will protect the POS. A high sec POS pays charters, I don't see why it should not be protected.
Again I disagree with your opinions as a pos shouldn't be invulnerable as it's highly unbalancing. If it isn't fixed the most pimped out piracy skill set will be related to BPO copying. I'll have to change how I play.
Privateers for pos takedown would be rather amusing.

That is a pic of us taking down a POS belonging to an ALT of R0ME0.
Check who is in the overview in his hauler. Sat next to his alt.
I am only posting this to prove that 7 BS and 1 BC can/could take down an Empire POS. Having said that, you can tell from the pic that this thing wasn't set up to defend itself.
